Privacy policy

Last updated 11 October 2026. Onestopmedia, Kapol Niwas, 1st Floor, 1st Carpenter Street, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400004, India (“we”) operates the OneStopMedia panel, an internal tool our SEO agency uses to deliver services to our clients.

What we collect

• Team and client portal accounts: name, email, role, sign-in and two-factor data, and an audit log of actions.
• Client website data: publicly available page content gathered by our crawler, and data our clients authorise from Google and other services (below).
• Information clients give us for their knowledge base, and messages sent through the portal.

Google user data

• Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4: read-only access granted by our client to our service account. We read search performance, page indexing status and website traffic to report on and improve the client's search visibility.
• Google Business Profile (scope business.manage, only when a client connects it): we read performance insights and reviews, and — only after a member of our team approves each one — publish review replies and posts on the client's behalf.
• We use Google user data only to provide these features to the client who authorised it. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
• The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Access tokens are encrypted at rest. When a client leaves, we revoke all tokens and delete their Google data according to our retention policy; clients can revoke access at any time in their Google account.

Service providers

We use hosting, email delivery, SEO data providers and AI model providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions: Hostinger (server hosting, India), Brevo (email delivery, EU), Google (Search Console, Analytics and PageSpeed, global), Anthropic (AI, US) and DataForSEO (SEO data, EU), and Meta and LinkedIn when a client uses social publishing.

Chrome extension (staff only)

The OneStopMedia Page Inspector extension is used only by our staff. It runs only when a staff member clicks it on a browser tab, and reads only that page (titles, tags, headings, links, images). It does not collect browsing history, cookies or form data, and runs nothing in the background. Page details are sent to our panel only when the staff member asks for a full check or saves the report. The extension signs in with a short-lived token that can be revoked at any time, and it cannot change any website.

Retention

Client data is kept while we provide services and deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends, unless the law requires longer. Change backups are kept at least 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, under applicable law (including the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act). Contact ronaksanghvi2003@gmail.com. We respond within 7 days.

Security

Two-factor authentication for all staff, role-based access, encryption of credentials, audit logs and daily backups.
