These terms govern use of the OneStopMedia panel and client portal provided by Onestopmedia.

The service

The panel is used by our team to deliver SEO services. Clients receive read-only portal access to their own results and reports. No change is made to a client's website, and no message is sent on a client's behalf, without approval by our team.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure; staff accounts require two-factor authentication. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Client authorisations

By granting access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile or your website, you confirm you are authorised to do so. You can revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used for spam, manipulative link schemes, fake reviews or any practice that breaks search engine guidelines or law.

Liability

Search rankings depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the client paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or rankings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: onestopmedia222@gmail.com.
